We strengthen their ability to analyse all forms of literary expressions and bring out the latent dramatic and creative talents. The participatory teaching-learning pedagogy is adopted to foster the practical intelligence of the learners.

The department has been constantly updating the syllabus to meet the challenges in the Digital Era. We offer a unique course, English Language Teaching through Electronic Media (ELTEM), to teach literature and its genres. E-Learning modules aid them to shine as blog writers, screen writers, freelance writer, web content writer and journalistic content writer.
